At Orivea, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury lingerie. Due to the intimate nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers, we have established the following policy:

1. Intimate Apparel & Hygiene Standards

Due to health and hygiene regulations, all lingerie, bodysuits, hosiery, and intimate apparel are considered Final Sale.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or the tags are still attached.

  • Once an order for intimate apparel is placed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at officialorivea@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the damage.

  • Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for a replacement or a store credit.

3. Personalized & Custom Orders

Any items that have been personalized (e.g., custom sizing, embroidery, or special modifications) are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is authorized for a defective item, Orivea will provide a return shipping label or cover the costs associated with the exchange.
