Thank you for choosing Orivea. We are committed to delivering our luxury lingerie to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Since our collection is curated and shipped from our international design studio, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Items: All orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom & Personalized Orders: For bespoke pieces or personalized items, processing may take longer depending on the craftsmanship required. We will notify you via email regarding the estimated production timeline for such orders.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • USA Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days after the order has been processed.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orivea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). While most small lingerie orders fall under the US de minimis threshold, please check your local regulations.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Delivery Information & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly and completely. Orivea is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Damages & Issues upon Delivery

We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or opened, please:

  1. Document the damage with photos.

  2. Contact the carrier immediately to file a report.
